It’s bad enough your dripping in sweat and your hair looks a mess when your working out and if you add unflattering workout gear to the mix, you’re no where close to the “I’m feeling sexy zone”. F21 will soon be able to change all that with their new active wear collection which consists of bright colored, figure flattering, water proof resistant gear.

Well maybe you still won’t feel sexy but at least you can look stylish while burning calories! I’m sure they will be affordable pieces too. Can’t wait!

Now, on NaturallyCurly.com, they’ve announced that researchers in Australia have identified a gene that is mainly the cause of some of us being curlies: trichohyalin. Researchers say this discovery could lead to a breakthrough pill which might make curly hair straighter and straight hair curlier. This potentially could lead to new treatments that render flat irons a thing of the past.

Would you trade in your flat iron for this pill?

Tyra’s “kiss my fat ___” Weight loss Plan!

It seems like it was just yesterday, when Tyra was emotionally upset on her show in a bathing suit telling the world to kiss her fat arse! Well her arse isn’t so fat anymore. Wondering how she lost the weight? Journaling.

On my weight loss journey, so far I have lost a couple pounds (woohoo). I definitely would give credit to my food journal for helping me do so. Without it I still would be scarfing down desserts as if I never ate them. That’s exactly what happens when you don’t journal, you forget how many oreo cookies you really did eat, even though your stomach feels like it ate just one when you really ate the whole box.

Get a notebook, any notebook and for the next couple of weeks I want you to record every single thing that your body consumes. I also want you to start counting calories. You will start to become very aware of how many extra calories you are taking in that your body really doesn’t need.

You should have six small meals a day; three meals and three snacks. This will keep your metabolism burning and no eating after 8pm!

Beyonce sat down with 60 minutes for an intimate interview. She spoke about her goals, her Christian up bringing, hard work and briefly about her husband.

It’s interviews like this that inspire me to make it as a Reporter. Watching this makes me think about what type of questions would I have asked her? Hmmm….. Would of loved to ask her what’s her take on the Kanye incident, If she has any advice for Rihanna about relationships and fame, and If she has any plans to help Haiti. I’d also want to ask if her dad’s infidelity and divorce to her mom, affects the role he has as her manager and father. You know, the tough questions!

Thought it was hillarious when she admitted that she runs on a treadmill with an Academy Award in front of it so it’s always in the back of her mind.

My brother and the rest of the world has gone into a frenzy when they heard Jigga man was a Free Mason. Personally I was never a believer. Never thought he was, nor do I think Beyonce would marry someone who was. This is for the believers…

I think there are cliques of friends that control things. I don’t if there is a devil worshipping sect. That’s a little Tom hanks. I believe there are cliques of people that control the world…but that’s just natural process. I’m sure Obama has his people and everything is good but as far as how far people are taking it…
